About me, Ben Roche.
At Ben Roche Performance, I provide coaching for anyone looking to improve their strength, fitness, or athletic performance. Whether you are new to the gym, returning after a break or chasing a new level, my goal is to help you move better, feel stronger and achieve results that last.
What I offer:
Personal Training: 121 or small group personal training sessions designed to help you build muscle, drop fat, and improve fitness, with a motivating and safe training environment.
Strength and Conditioning Coaching: Huge emphasis on science proven training to enhance next athletic perfromance.
Nutritional Guidance & Plans:
Practical advice based on your life, tailored information and personal nutrition plans to support health, recovery & training.
Inclusive Coaching for Everyone:
I’ve worked with people of all ages, from 12 to 85, from complete beginners to national-level athletes.
My experience includes coaching individuals with disabilities & health issues and adapting training to ensure everyone can train safely, confidently, and effectively. No matter the background, you’ll receive a personalised approach that meets you where you are at.
